Bulk and Mass Mailings At VCU

Virginia Commonwealth University uses Listplex Maestro for university-wide massmails and provides a second console for school and departmental use. Maestro uses the VCU eID and eID password for authentication and is hosted in the cloud, which allows access from anywhere in the world. The Collaboration Services team supports it.

Request Access to Mass Mail Console

University broadcast mass mail is sent in accordance with the current Broadcast Mass Mail Policy. Authorized access to the system is required and may be requested by submitting this support request. 

Request Access to Maestro Bulk Mail Console

Maestro is a hosted system with a yearly fee for using it. Departments will be charged an annual rate of $500 for support and unlimited mailing from this system. Access requests may be submitted via this support request.
