How do I sync my contacts with my Mobile Device?
When following the instructions for Mobile Setup, when prompted to select which products to synchronize (Mail, Calendar, Contacts, Notes), make sure Contacts is selected.
My colleague has changed their name, but the previous name still appears for me!
The Google Directory gets automatically updated with the new name or a preferred name of use. If you have personal contacts, these will not automatically update. If you would like to have a personal contact repopulate from the Google Directory with the updated information, please delete the contact from your personal contacts or Other Contacts. This can also be corrected by editing the name of the existing contact.
